Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of B2B SaaS companies, the remote Business Systems Analyst will manage HubSpot administration, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and enhance data flow across systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration of HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, and data management
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions for Marketing and Sales Development teams
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify dependencies and data-quality concerns across systems
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in business systems or CRM administration
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot across both CRM and Marketing Hub
- Proven ability to work across multiple systems and understand data flows and integrations
- Experience in gathering requirements and creating clear documentation or user stories
- Familiarity with marketing operations concepts and tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite is preferred
