Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and administering transfer agent system functions, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will document technology requirements, enhance support technology, and maintain relationships with firms and FinTechs in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Broker Dealer and FinTech requirements while maintaining a recordkeeping system
- Monitor technology needs and ensure proper functioning of systems for firms and FinTechs
- Develop and publish updates to communicate advancements and support to partners in the Retail Alternatives industry
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- 0-3 years of mutual fund industry experience
- Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems and reporting processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
