Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach the team on Agile principles and practices
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring project alignment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
