Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Analyst II - Business Systems Analyst will analyze business processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and lead user acceptance testing, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state improvements to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to document and analyze business requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead user acceptance testing efforts, defining scope, building test cases, and assisting with defect resolution
Required qualifications
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in business/systems analysis or a related technology role
- 3+ years of claims lifecycle knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience with claims management systems and integrated systems strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Practical experience using AI tools to support business analysis activities
