Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely with one day onsite each week, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will provide data programming and analytics support for quality, financial, and utilization reporting, utilizing advanced SQL and BI tools to enhance operational effectiveness in population health initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide data programming and analytics to support physician and system leadership, including quality and financial reporting
- Design and maintain BI/reporting objects using SQL, SSIS, and SSRS to deliver high-quality reporting solutions
- Drive operational effectiveness through stakeholder communication and process design for Value-Based Analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data and workflows
- Advanced analytic skills with the ability to independently analyze problems and implement solutions
- Demonstrated experience in business system analysis and process improvement
