Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a multi-year digital transformation, the temporary Business Systems Analyst will work remotely, focusing on defining and managing business and system requirements for tagging, data, measurement, reporting, and tracking while collaborating with various stakeholders in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and manage business and system requirements
- Translate business objectives and reporting needs into actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead documentation and coordination of analytics, tagging, tracking, measurement, and data-layer requirements across the site rebuild initiative
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, or Digital Product Delivery
- Demonstrated experience writing business requirements documents, functional requirements, and user stories
- Experience supporting Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments
- Familiarity with tagging and measurement technologies such as Adobe Analytics and Tealium
- Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and system interactions
