Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage the translation of complex retirement industry needs into functional specifications while collaborating with business stakeholders and developers to enhance automation solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for automation and process improvement initiatives
- Translate retirement industry business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team
- Map current-state operational processes and design future-state workflows to identify automation opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in automation or software development
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong working knowledge of retirement plan types and ERISA requirements
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence
