Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To drive successful client engagements, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specifications, and serve as a Product Owner for solution development while working remotely or from approved locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to define solution needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Function as the Product Owner for client solution development projects, managing backlogs and overseeing the solution lifecycle
- Guide clients in solution envisioning and provide strategic recommendations on technology adoption and business process optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Solution Consultant, Product Owner, or related role
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Purview is highly desirable
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution envisioning is a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) preferred
