Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement system configuration including data architecture, user interface design, workflow, business rule, and XML changes
• Create process design for the highest risk and most complex systems and processes including user acceptance testing
• Design and document system integration/configuration as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2-4 years' experience with system configuration required
• Understanding of IT systems landscape and SDLC
• Insurance or financial services industry background required
• Smart Communication designing experience or other Customer Communication Management (CCM) Software required
