Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend innovative solutions
• Define, configure, customize, test, and deliver business application enhancements
• Create and deliver training materials to drive the adoption of business applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Accounting, Business Management or related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and working with end users
• Prior experience directly working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet critical deadlines
