A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct research, collection, and interpretation of business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and build new solutions
Lead project management processes and drive complex reporting

Required Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience as a BA/BSA on an Agile Scrum Team
Experience eliciting business needs and translating them into User Stories and acceptance criteria
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles
Bachelor's degree required
