Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administer Transfer Agent system functions, including client requirements documentation, system configuration, troubleshooting, batch and reporting jobs, and client output review
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers, mediate between technical and operational teams, and ensure successful client onboarding and change control
• Assist with vendor or client billing functions as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
• Experience within the mutual fund industry
• Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping system, reporting processes, and data delivery mechanisms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
