Job Summary
Focusing on API solutions, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst - API will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, analyze complex requirements, and support testing processes for Workplace Solutions initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to deliver API-enabled solutions that enhance outcomes for Benefit Administrator partners
- Analyze and manage complex requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and traceability
- Create documentation and lead test planning and execution for functional areas, including both manual and automated testing
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of business analysis experience with hands-on API functionality analysis, testing, and validation
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Strong technical acumen to interpret architecture, data flows, and integration patterns
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and bridging business needs with technical solutions
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
