Business Systems Analyst - CRM
Job Summary
To support the medical device industry, the full-time Business Systems Analyst - CRM with Salesforce Commerce Cloud will drive continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems while working remotely in the EST/CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, validation, training, and change management of CRM systems
- Support the integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems while addressing stakeholder system issues through an IT ticketing system
- Design and maintain digital portals for customers, partners, or employees, ensuring compliance in a regulated environment
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
- Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and CRM system design
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in designing and supporting digital portals
