Business Systems Analyst ERP

Job Summary

To support business optimization, the remote Business Systems Analyst ERP will serve as a trusted partner between business teams and technology, focusing on enhancing ERP applications, analyzing business needs, and driving system adoption across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and recommend process improvements
• Configure and optimize ERP applications, identifying opportunities for enhancements and collaborating with developers for advanced customizations
• Design and execute testing strategies, ensuring high-quality solutions are validated before deployment and supporting ongoing system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and collaborating with business users
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Experience in gathering business requirements and delivering application configurations and enhancements
• Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and integrated applications
