Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Expert (Testing) for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate ETL pipelines after data migration from legacy systems
• Test and verify Cognos reports for accuracy and compliance with business rules
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for ETL and reporting validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in Medicaid or healthcare data systems
• Knowledge of Medicaid data including eligibility, enrollment, and claims
• Hands-on experience validating ETL processes and data migration projects
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
