Business Systems Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, execute and track assigned client deliverables
• Analyze and understand client requirements for implementation and ongoing changes
• Create, execute, and maintain accurate and detailed test plans for new system functionality testing

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate level skills in MS Excel, Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail
• Beginner level of SQL proficiency
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Equivalent years of experience in business analytics, management information systems, human resources management, or benefits administration will be considered
• Domain experience in health insurance and/or benefit administration is a plus
