• Diagnose multi-step user issues and translate requests into actionable user stories
• Manage configuration changes within systems to ensure scalability and feasibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing configuration in an enterprise platform, particularly Salesforce
• Ability to solve complex problems and document processes effectively
• Experience in documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps
• 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment or systems-focused role
• Experience with GTM tech stack tools is preferred
