Job Summary

Supporting the quality and reliability of enterprise business applications, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst I will assist in testing new functionalities, documenting outcomes, and contributing to process improvements within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing testing and quality assurance for the enterprise business suite
• Document testing outcomes and support issue resolution during testing cycles
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to application releases and system maintenance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
• Basic knowledge of reviewing functional requirements and identifying testable acceptance criteria
• Experience in creating and executing test cases, including manual testing
• Understanding of defect tracking and reporting processes
