Business Systems Analyst I

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of business processes, the full-time Business Systems Analyst I will gather and organize business data, assist in testing and quality assurance, and develop training materials for system adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing testing and quality assurance needs for the enterprise business suite and document outcomes
• Provide production support and resolution assistance for process issues while adhering to change control methods
• Develop user guides and training materials to support system adoption and improve customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
• Experience developing training materials or user documentation to support business processes
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning concepts
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as HRIS or ERP tools
