Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to support client accounts and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve service problems and act as a liaison with internal representatives
• Manage service delivery and develop service plans with agents/brokers
• Participate in prospecting efforts and assist in the installation process for accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred 3 years of experience in claims management, underwriting, or related fields
• Knowledge of claims products and services
• Understanding of the insurance/TPA industry and marketplace
• Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by the organization
