Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with business and development teams to implement technical solutions supporting business processes
• Leads requirements gathering and acts as a subject matter expert while analyzing user needs and system improvements
• Serves as a communication bridge between the development team and stakeholders, managing expectations and project status

Required Qualifications:

• College degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a clinical focus, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience with formal software development methodologies and business analysis processes
• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is ideal
