Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II with experience in supporting business and technical intake processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intake and perform quality assurance of technical system design documentation, ensuring alignment with standards
• Own and execute IDEAS Portal intake, defining and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Support testing activities and provide pre-production and production support, including technical troubleshooting for end users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 2-4 years of experience supporting business and technical intake processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing or platform
• Experience writing user stories and supporting documentation in an Agile environment
• Experience documenting business process flows and mapping them to system workflows
