Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II (State).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes to stakeholders
Plans user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitors IT service levels specified in service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience reflecting the level of this position
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, or SQL is desired
