Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements and partner with the Product Owner for user story refinement
• Encourage cross-functional team collaboration and facilitate communication to identify business needs
• Conduct independent research and analysis to support decision-making processes for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• 3+ years of SQL querying skills
• 1+ years of experience in modeling/mapping business processes
• Experience with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is a plus
