Key Responsibilities

• Provide linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations, and technical support groups during testing and implementation
• Conduct research on software and hardware products to support budgeting and purchasing efforts
• Lead requirements analysis and verification to ensure completeness and feasibility of requirement statements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and Systems Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Healthcare Insurance Providers
• Good understanding of claims processing, provider, billing, and benefit configuration processes
• Expert knowledge of information technology concepts and application development methodologies
