Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Business Systems Analyst II will implement, test, and train internal partners on software for ACH and Wire payment systems while managing communication and project management within the Electronic Payments Operations group.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and test new software for core payment systems, providing training to internal partners
• Manage communication and project updates for software within the Electronic Payments Operations group
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and software conversions

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or ACH operations
• Strong problem-solving skills to ensure software operates efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for positive interactions with partners
• Attention to detail for accurate information management
• Knowledge of PEP+ system is a plus
