Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise Systems Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst II will evaluate and enhance IT systems and workflows, lead implementation of business solutions, and measure program effectiveness, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in CRM data management and guide project planning across teams
• Define KPIs to measure IT initiatives' effectiveness and recommend solutions to stakeholders
• Document processes, identify gaps for automation, and assist in the administration of various systems

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in CRM management
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and systems integration tasks is preferred
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated history of self-directed work
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and adjust communication style accordingly
• Experience in assessing risks and managing costs across software systems
