Business Systems Analyst II
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst II will support the Digital Workplace Device Engineering team by analyzing data, identifying requirements, and developing reporting solutions to enhance endpoint management and user experience across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data from endpoint management and virtual desktop platforms to identify trends and communicate findings to leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and document business and technical requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards related to endpoint health, compliance, and operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with endpoint management platforms and virtual desktop technologies
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in using reporting and dashboard tools
- Understanding of IT operations and device lifecycle management processes
