Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and validate business/technology requirements, troubleshoot data, and analyze data for healthcare plans
Analyze and verify requirements, create systems and business process models, and interpret user requirements
Plan user acceptance testing, monitor IT service levels, and research and analyze requirement gathering processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
2-4 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Technical skills in MS Access, SQL querying, and batch scheduling
Ability to seek knowledge, identify problems, and work independently
