Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III (API technologies) to serve as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements for projects, ensuring traceability and refinement
• Manage a prioritized backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and adhere to Agile methodologies
• Document business processes and specifications, perform data mapping, and lead research to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the financial and card payment industry
• 1+ years of experience in modeling/mapping business processes and planning UAT for projects
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies; certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps preferred
• General technical knowledge of APIs and software development methodologies
