Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III (Data Reporting) to act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements, and manage a prioritized backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Document business processes and specifications, while leading research and analysis to identify trends that support decision-making
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and perform detailed data mapping and modeling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the financial and card payment industry
• 1+ years of experience in modeling/mapping business processes and planning UAT for projects
• General knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, APIs, and financial systems
