Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

Driving the analysis and evaluation of critical business challenges, the remote contract Business Systems Analyst III will formulate new business information processing systems, coordinate with technical teams, and manage user acceptance testing while influencing solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes current technical processes to develop new and modified business information systems
• Coordinates with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements and manages input data acquisition
• Develops technical solutions for complex issues through collaboration with internal experts and coaches lower-level technical staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of direct systems analysis experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant technical experience
• Proven ability to independently manage complex technical projects within an IT domain
• Strong collaborative communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional team designs
• Experience coaching or reviewing the technical deliverables of junior business analysis staff is preferred
• Familiarity with managing technical system configurations within an enterprise corporate environment
