Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III, this full-time remote position will lead business process transformation initiatives, providing advanced technical and operational support for core banking systems while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and defining project scope and system requirements through collaboration with business and technology teams
• Facilitating meetings and maintaining documentation to ensure effective communication and compliance among stakeholders
• Providing daily technical support, performing data analysis, and producing reports to enhance system efficiency and user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, particularly with Mainframe systems
• Experience with Hogan Deposits or similar core banking applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SQL Queries
