A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III - Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Implementation
Generate business process descriptions and monitor project progress
Collaborate across application and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems or High School Diploma
5 years of related experience as a Business Analyst, working with Oracle ERP applications and within the health care industry
At least 3 years working with Oracle ERP applications, preferably Oracle: HCM
Experience with implementing and supporting HCM
Experience working with cloud platforms and vendors
