Business Systems Analyst III Oracle HCM
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III - Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Enterprise Applications Team supporting the organization's HCM module implementation
- Generate business process descriptions, storyboards, and workflow analysis
- Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and support end users
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems or High School Diploma
- 5 years of related experience as a Business Analyst, working with Oracle ERP applications and within the health care industry
- At least 3 years working with Oracle ERP applications, preferably Oracle: HCM
- Experience with implementing and supporting HCM
- Experience with Visio and other visualization tools
