Business Systems Analyst IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst IV (Benefits Coding).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and recommendation of coding solutions for enterprise projects and complex benefit coding issues
• Validate and approve business requirements while understanding mandates and product development coding grids
• Create project documentation, including work estimates and dashboards, and assist with claims testing scenarios

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 6-8 years of related IT work experience, preferably in the health insurance industry
• Demonstrated leadership experience in major company initiatives
• Preferred Business Analyst Certification
• Strong product and benefit knowledge, with experience in benefit coding and claims processing
