Business Systems Analyst IV

Job Summary

To support the maturation of an Enterprise Capacity Management Program, the remote contract Business Systems Analyst IV will provide data-driven insights into capacity utilization, demand forecasting, operational risks, and technology performance while collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise capacity reporting across multiple technology domains
• Analyze capacity utilization and demand forecasts to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, standardized reports, and governance artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
• Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations or technology services
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reports
