Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads systems analysis efforts and defines system requirements based on user needs and business systems understanding
• Collaborates with business customers on complex system enhancements and guides others in requirements documentation
• Manages customer relationship conflicts and assists in resolving escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, business discipline, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps, including dashboard creation for tracking and reporting
• Strong experience with the full SDLC, backlog grooming, and stakeholder engagement
• Some development background for effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience with data governance and integration, including data quality and lineage
