Business Systems Analyst - Oracle
Job Summary
Supporting the Oracle HCM implementation, the contract Business Systems Analyst - Oracle will work remotely to conduct requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, and defect resolution while collaborating with module leads and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct requirements identification, design, configuration, and testing for the Oracle HCM implementation
- Coordinate with adjacent modules and module leads for setup, testing, and deployment of solutions
- Resolve defects and support testing efforts while facilitating Knowledge Transfer with the client
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, specifically with Oracle implementations
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM and knowledge of modules such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Oracle certification is a plus
