A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues
Directing business process improvement projects for internal business groups
Identifying and documenting system constraints and implications of proposed system changes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
1 year of leading requirements development efforts
1 year of extensive systems analysis, design, and project management experience
3 years of experience in Information Technology and systems analysis
Prior experience with healthcare insurance in areas such as membership, claims, billing, enrollment provider, or digital channel
