Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer leads to gather requirements, configure product platform, and ensure successful client project implementations
• Demonstrate technical skills to implement solutions, troubleshoot customer issues, and test effective solutions for clients
• Partner with Optimization Services and Product teams to drive product and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others, including customer-facing interactions
• Knowledge of Kyruus Health products and processes, with a willingness to think creatively about process improvement
