Business Systems Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and integration of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Business Systems Architect will optimize systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and the billing/subscription platform
• Design and document system interactions, data flows, and integration points to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and align systems with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, focusing on SaaS platforms
• Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and NetSuite ERP architecture
• Strong expertise in Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms for system integration
• Experience with subscription billing platforms and understanding of recurring revenue models
• Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and system interoperability
