Business Systems Architect

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence, the full-time remote Business Systems Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable business processes and systems integrations across financial systems, supply chain, and customer-facing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy advanced workflows and modules in enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, and Stripe
• Manage integrations and optimize iPaaS tools to ensure seamless data flow and automated processes
• Ensure SOX compliance through robust internal controls and drive continuous system improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture or administration with hands-on implementation of enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of Finance technology stacks, including NetSuite and Coupa
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and Python
• Experience with middleware and low/no-code platforms for system integrations and workflow automations
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and SOX compliance
