Business Systems Architect II

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide process modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Business Systems Architect II will manage business process reengineering efforts, oversee the application of improvement methodologies, and coordinate between client delivery and project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale business process reengineering (BPR) and modernization initiatives across enterprise portfolios
• Direct the assessment of current-state processes and design optimized future-state solutions
• Drive stakeholder engagement efforts, including executive briefings and cross-functional collaboration sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business process reengineering, process improvement, or enterprise analysis
• Experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or biopharmaceutical research operations
• Familiarity with clinical research regulatory frameworks, including GxP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11
• Demonstrated experience in IT and data-driven environments supporting system interoperability and change management
