Business Systems Associate

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day system operations, the full-time remote Business Systems Associate will focus on EDI monitoring, NetSuite solution testing and validation, data cleanup, and operational follow-through while acting as a first line of defense against routine issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily EDI transactions, identify errors, and resolve routine issues using existing procedures
• Test and validate custom NetSuite solutions, executing test cases and conducting regression testing
• Perform structured data cleanup in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and consistency following deployments

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in systems, operations, analytics, or technical support
• Experience with EDI is required; exposure to NetSuite is preferred
• Familiarity with structured data and text-based files
• Strong documentation skills and experience communicating with internal and external partners
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and see projects through to completion
