Business Systems Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Business Systems Configuration Analyst I will analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configurations while ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems, troubleshooting configuration issues as needed
• Analyze business requirements and perform system configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing according to established processes
• Provide status updates and document requests within a change management system while collaborating with management and team members on projects

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a strong understanding of claims processing and billing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to run basic queries and reports
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
