Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System / Process Consultant to support a healthcare organization's Salesforce Health Cloud re-architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and documentation accuracy
• Write detailed requirements and map workflows for current operations and future automation
• Analyze and document data mapping, field-level documentation, and API integration requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or Pharma with knowledge of clinical/operational processes and patient workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, including workflows and automation logic
• Exceptional documentation skills for defining workflows, user stories, and data mappings
• Experience writing requirements for API integrations and understanding system interaction points
• Highly proactive with the ability to identify gaps and push work forward independently
