Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the gathering of information and requirements, assessing overall results
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current and future processes, making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with Account Managers to gather client requirements and implement communication strategies

• Advanced knowledge of business system operations and workflow analysis
• Experience with project management processes and tools
• Ability to use contemporary business tools and methodologies
• Exposure to continuous process improvement and change management practices
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices is preferred
