Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the development team for implementation and lead system testing
• Troubleshoot production issues and create/maintain system documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis and workflow analysis
• Strong functional analysis skills with a focus on data-driven solutions
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies
• Manual testing experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection
